About Me

I am a Civil engineer with over 40 years of experience and have gathered extensive knowledge and experience in my field. I have worked as the Chief Engineer of ISKCON Bangalore leading a team of engineers and a large construction force. I have also been part of construction projects of factories and residential bungalows as well as sewage treatment plants across India and abroad. 

I came across various infrastructure and construction-related problems that require out-of-the-box thinking and unique or advanced work methodologies. Seeing this huge opportunity I started Shashwath Constructive Solutions in 2001 and have been involved with infrastructure repair works for over 20 years
